The Grace Scale is a sliding-fee program at Finding Joy Counseling that adjusts session costs based on your household size and income. It launched July 1, 2026. It's how we make faithful, compassionate care accessible to more people across the Upstate of South Carolina, even when insurance isn't an option. Ask about The Grace Scale when you reach out and we'll walk through qualification during our first conversation.

All intake sessions are conducted in person to ensure a thorough and personalized assessment. Our services are individualized to meet the unique needs of each client.
Telehealth services may be offered on a case-by-case basis. However, not all treatment plans are suitable for a virtual format. Recommendations for Telehealth will be made based on clinical appropriateness and client needs.

Our first session (intake) is 60 minutes. I'll gather some history, listen to what brings you in, and we'll talk about your goals. You don't need to come with a plan, you just need to come.

I'm licensed in South Carolina only. Telehealth sessions can only be conducted with clients physically located in South Carolina at the time of the session.
